Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Noeron (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

2. The service

Noeron is an AI-powered website builder that generates React applications from natural language descriptions. The Service includes code generation, live preview sandboxes, site hosting on Noeron subdomains, custom domain connections, and optional GitHub integration.

AI-generated output is produced automatically and is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing generated code and content before publishing or otherwise relying on it.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

4. Your content and generated sites

You retain ownership of the content you provide and, to the extent permitted by law, the code and sites generated for you by the Service. You grant us the rights necessary to host, display, and serve your sites as part of operating the Service.

You may not use the Service to create or host content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, distributes malware, or is used for phishing, spam, or other abusive purposes. We may suspend or remove sites that violate these rules.

5. GitHub integration

If you connect a GitHub account, you authorize Noeron to access the repositories needed to push and pull your project code. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to perform the actions you request. You can disconnect GitHub at any time, which deletes the stored token.

6. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with prior notice, effective at your next renewal.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data, circumventing usage limits, reselling the Service without permission, or using sandboxes for activities unrelated to building your sites (such as crypto mining or network attacks).

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated code will be fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noeron’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your published sites and stored data may be deleted after a reasonable grace period.
